Role Description
We are looking for a Logistics Intern who will work closely with the founding team to help build Spinacho’s local delivery network from 0 to 1.
The role involves researching and connecting with potential delivery partners, understanding local delivery operations, building a delivery partner network, and helping create the systems and processes required to manage deliveries.
This is a hands-on opportunity for someone interested in logistics, operations, startups, and building something from scratch.
Key Responsibilities
Research and identify potential delivery partners and independent riders in Pune
Build and maintain a database of potential delivery partners
Reach out to delivery partners and understand their availability, delivery areas, and expectations
Follow up with interested partners and maintain communication
Research local and hyperlocal delivery networks and models
Identify potential delivery coverage areas for Spinacho
Help develop the delivery partner onboarding process
Help create basic systems and processes for managing delivery operations
Maintain partner information, trackers, and documentation
Identify operational challenges and suggest practical solutions
Work directly with the founding team to build Spinacho’s delivery network
What We’re Looking For
Students or freshers interested in logistics, operations, or startups
Good communication and research skills
Comfortable speaking with people and doing outreach
Organised and consistent
Willing to take initiative and work independently
Curious about how delivery and logistics businesses operate
Comfortable working in an early-stage startup environment
Prior experience is not required.
