Project Manager – Civil Construction

Ankur Buildwell Co. is a construction company based in Baddi, Himachal Pradesh, with 20 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical and other construction industries. We are looking for an experienced Project Manager – Civil Construction.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and monitor project progress on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
Manage site layout and execution as per project requirements.
Study and interpret Civil, PEB, Machine Foundation, Sanitation, Meter and Feet drawings.
Prepare and verify billing as per specifications and measurements.
Prepare BOM (Bill of Materials) and BBS (Bar Bending Schedule).
Plan and manage manpower, materials, quantities, and site execution.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
Coordinate work across multiple sites and multiple staff members.
Maintain daily project documentation and follow up on site progress and reporting.
Monitor project timelines, material requirements, workmanship, and execution.
Identify site issues and coordinate with relevant teams for timely resolution.
Requirements
B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in civil construction/project management.
Candidates based in Himachal Pradesh are preferred; candidates from other states may be considered based on relevant experience.
