Role Description The Architect will be responsible for developing architectural concepts, preparing detailed drawings, and coordinating design documentation for a range of projects. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with project teams, meeting with stakeholders to understand requirements, and ensuring designs comply with relevant codes, standards, and regulations. The role involves overseeing design integration across structural, MEP, and interior elements, and supporting project management activities such as timelines, deliverables, and coordination with consultants and contractors. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, requiring regular presence at the office and project locations.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, including concept development and preparation of detailed drawings.
Experience with Integration of design and technical systems, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
Demonstrated Project Management capabilities, including planning, coordination, and tracking project milestones.
Familiarity with Software Development principles or digital tools for design workflows is an advantage.
Proficiency in industry-standard design and drafting software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar).
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and permitting processes in India.
Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work on-site in Mumbai.
