Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Fashion Stylist role based at the Manyavar-Mohey store in Ghaziabad. The Fashion Stylist will assist customers in selecting and coordinating outfits for weddings and other celebrations, ensuring a seamless and personalized styling experience. Responsibilities include understanding customer preferences, suggesting suitable garments and accessories from the men’s and women’s collections, and maintaining an appealing visual presentation of the store displays. The role involves collaborating with the sales team to meet store targets, handling fitting sessions, providing guidance on wardrobe combinations, and supporting after-sales styling queries. The Fashion Stylist is expected to uphold brand standards, deliver high-quality customer service, and contribute to an inclusive and welcoming store environment.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Fashion Styling and Wardrobe coordination skills, with an eye for color, fit, and occasion-appropriate looks.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to understand client needs and build long-term relationships.
Candidates should possess Sales and upselling abilities, with a focus on meeting targets while maintaining a customer-centric approach.
Relevant experience in fashion retail, luxury or ethnic wear, or personal styling is beneficial.
Knowledge of Indian ethnic and celebration wear trends, fabrics, and accessories is preferred.
Ability to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and peak festive seasons.
Minimum high school diploma; a certification or degree in Fashion, Design, or related fields is an advantage.
