We're hiring: Senior Specialist, Energy Sector Resilience at CDRI
Energy systems are being asked to withstand hazards they were never designed for. In the Energy Sector team at CDRI, we're working on some exciting new approaches and theories, to plan, model and stress-test grids for that reality, and we're applying these in our 60 member country pool along the way.
This is a global role. You'll work on modelling, N-1/N-2 studies, bring probabilistic thinking to planning and stress-testing against climate projections, and work with our 60 partner countries and International Organizatios. The work spans Asia, Africa and Latin America, SIDS, and it moves from technical studies to metrics, standards and investment decisions.
Experience delivering energy projects in Africa is a plus.
