What you'll do
Support and deliver valuations for financial reporting, including IFRS 13 fair value measurements, IAS 36 impairment testing (VIU and FVLCOD), IFRS 3 purchase price allocations, IFRS 2 share-based payment valuations, and IFRS 9 valuations of unlisted equity.
Build DCF models end to end: forecast review, WACC construction with KSA-specific inputs (equity risk premium, country risk, zakat treatment), and terminal value mechanics.
Perform market approach analysis using comparable companies and precedent transactions across Tadawul, Nomu and MENA markets.
Support deal advisory work, including sell-side and buy-side valuations, financial modelling, feasibility studies, information memoranda and market research.
Prepare technical memos, valuation reports and client presentations, and help respond to proposals and RFPs.
Work across sectors such as construction and cement, logistics and ports, fintech and digital lending, banking and financial services, real estate, hospitality, and energy.
Engage directly with CFOs, finance teams, auditors and investors, and mentor junior team members.
What we're looking for
1-3 years of experience in valuation, transaction services, corporate finance or a Big 4 / mid-tier advisory practice.
Strong working knowledge of IFRS 13, IAS 36, IFRS 3 and IFRS 9, and of IVS.
Excellent Excel and financial modelling skills, and the ability to write clear, defensible technical conclusions.
Familiarity with the KSA regulatory environment (SAMA, CMA, ZATCA, TAQEEM) is a strong advantage.
Professional qualification completed or in progress: CFA, CA/ACCA/CPA
Arabic language skills are an advantage.
