Role Description The Branch Manager at Dso (The Dream Study Overseas) will oversee the daily operations of the Ludhiana branch in a full-time, on-site capacity. This includes managing staff, coordinating counseling activities, supervising application and admission processes, and ensuring consistent service quality for learners and their families. The role involves setting branch targets, monitoring performance, handling escalations, and maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. The Branch Manager will also build and maintain relationships with partner institutions, local schools, and other stakeholders, while driving outreach initiatives and marketing efforts to increase branch visibility. Regular responsibilities include reporting to senior management, optimizing workflow, and promoting a positive, learner-focused environment.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in branch management, team leadership, or supervisory roles, preferably within education consulting, overseas studies, or related service industries.
Strong skills in operations management, target setting, performance monitoring, and process improvement to ensure efficient branch functioning.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and counseling abilities to interact effectively with learners, families, staff members, and external partners.
Proficiency in client relationship management, conflict resolution, and customer service, with a focus on ethical and transparent guidance.
Ability to plan and execute local marketing, outreach, and networking activities to grow the branch’s presence and learner base.
Comfort using office productivity tools, CRM or student management systems, and maintaining accurate records and reports.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, Management, or a related field; advanced qualifications in counseling or management are an advantage.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the capacity to work under deadlines while maintaining service quality.
Knowledge of overseas education processes, admission requirements, and visa procedures is highly beneficial.
