Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in Gandhinagar. The role involves generating leads, managing the sales pipeline, and meeting revenue targets through direct and indirect sales activities. The specialist will conduct market research, support marketing campaigns, and assist in developing promotional materials and strategies. Daily tasks include engaging with potential and existing customers, providing product information, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience. The role also includes coordinating with internal teams, preparing sales reports, and participating in training sessions to stay updated on products, services, and market trends.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to drive revenue growth, manage pipelines, and achieve targets.
Candidates should possess Training skills to support onboarding, product demonstrations, and knowledge sharing within the team.
Relevant experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in a similar industry, is beneficial.
Ability to work on-site in Gandhinagar, manage time effectively, and handle multiple tasks and priorities.
Proficiency with basic computer applications and CRM or sales management tools is an advantage.
A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
