Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for a Human Resources Specialist based in New Delhi, with some flexibility for work-from-home arrangements. The HR Specialist will oversee and implement HR policies, manage employee benefits programs, and provide day-to-day personnel management guidance. Key responsibilities will include ensuring compliance with company HR policies, addressing staff concerns, supporting team recruitment, and fostering a positive work environment.
Qualifications
Expertise in Human Resources, HR Management, and HR Policies
Strong knowledge of Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in utilizing HR software and tools
Ability to work collaboratively in both in-office and virtual settings
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience or knowledge of HR practices in the technology or SaaS sector is a plus
