E-commerce AI Content & Prompt Specialist

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented E-commerce Customer Support Specialist to support customer operations using our internal software platform and AI-assisted tools. The role involves reviewing customer requests, managing order-related cases, checking AI-generated responses, and ensuring each case is handled accurately and professionally. The ideal candidate should have strong judgment, good written English, and the ability to work independently.
As part of this role, you will support one of our e-commerce clients operating in a Christian-focused market. Familiarity with Christianity and the Bible would therefore be highly beneficial in understanding the customer context and reviewing communications appropriately.
Key Responsibilities
Manage customer inquiries and order-related cases from beginning to completion.
Review AI-generated responses before they are sent to customers.
Identify incorrect information, missing details, inappropriate tone, or unnecessary assumptions in AI-generated content.
Guide AI tools to improve responses when required.
Make reasonable decisions regarding customer requests within provided guidelines.
Review and make basic corrections to personalized digital artwork using image-editing and AI tools.
Identify and report software issues, workflow problems, and recurring AI errors.
Respond to social media messages and comments when required.
Assist with simple organic social media content during quieter periods.
Requirements

Strong attention to detail.
Good problem-solving and decision-making ability.
Ability to understand customer situations and communicate naturally and professionally.
Confidence using AI tools and reviewing AI-generated work critically.
Basic computer and image-editing skills.
Ability to learn new software and workflows quickly.
Patience when handling tasks that may require multiple attempts or troubleshooting.
Reliable, organized, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment.
Nice to Have
Good familiarity with Christianity, common Christian beliefs, the Bible, and Scripture is preferred, as this role supports a client whose e-commerce products and customer conversations frequently involve Christian themes.
Comfortable reviewing AI-generated customer communications involving faith, prayer, Scripture, memorials, and other sensitive topics.
Previous experience in customer support, e-commerce, or customer operations.
Experience with Canva, Photoshop, or similar image-editing tools.
Experience using generative AI tools.
Experience managing social media messages or basic content.
Working Arrangement
Full-time remote position.
Approximately 40 hours per week.
Five consistent working days per week.
