Key Responsibilities
Drive sales and achieve monthly revenue targets.
Handle cold calling and convert qualified leads into premium memberships.
Manage the complete sales cycle — follow-ups, consultative selling, negotiation and closure.
Build strong relationships with premium clients and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Maintain consistent follow-ups and maximize lead-to-conversion ratios.

Requirements
4–7 years of sales experience, preferably in the service industry.
Proven experience in cold calling, lead conversion and client acquisition.

Confident, polished and professional communication style.
Comfortable handling premium clientele and relationship-driven sales.
Experience in matrimony, luxury services, banking, insurance, real estate, education, hospitality, healthcare, travel or membership sales will be an advantage.
