About CAFFE NORD
CAFFE NORD is a European-founded startup launching a network of premium automated coffee vending machines in India, starting in Kochi, Kerala.
We are looking for a reliable and responsible Resident Director / Local Business Representative to support our Indian operations.
Key responsibilities:
• Act as a Resident Director of CAFFE NORD PRIVATE LIMITED
• Coordinate with our Company Secretary, Chartered Accountant and professional advisers
• Assist with local corporate and regulatory matters
• Support communication with banks, authorities and service providers
• Assist with import documentation and registrations
• Support negotiations with vending locations in Kochi
• Coordinate local suppliers and service partners
• Provide regular updates to shareholders
Requirements:
• Resident in India and able to satisfy applicable resident-director requirements
• Preferably based in Kochi / Ernakulam
• Good English communication skills
• Experience in business administration, finance, accounting, compliance, operations or entrepreneurship
• Reliable, responsive and transparent
• Experience working with CA/CS, banks or corporate compliance is an advantage
The role does not require any investment in the company.
Financial and strategic control remains with the shareholders, and the Resident Director will operate within clearly defined authority and governance procedures.
Compensation: Fixed remuneration depending on experience and responsibilities.
