We are looking to hire a Sales Manager / Technical Sales Executive for our ceramic chemical division.
Educational Background:
• Diploma / Degree in Ceramic Science & Engineering or Ceramic Technology
Experience Requirement:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the ceramic industry
• Experience in Production or Quality Control (QC) will be preferred
Key Skills (Suggested):
• Strong understanding of ceramic raw materials and chemical additives
• Knowledge of ceramic binders, STPP, and CMC and their applications
• Ability to explain technical products to customers clearly
• Coordination with production and QC teams
• Customer handling, negotiation, and relationship management
• Market development and after-sales technical support
Technical & Machine Knowledge:
• Overall understanding of complete ceramic plant process
• Clear idea of the role and application of ceramic binder, STPP, and CMC in ceramic production
• Basic working knowledge of MOR Testing Machine
• Understanding of Ball Mill (Boil Mill) operation and its purpose in ceramic processing
Job Role & Responsibilities:
• Technical sales of ceramic chemicals
• Customer visits and technical product support
• Assisting customers with product application and troubleshooting
• Coordinating with internal technical and production teams
• Market expansion and new customer development
Salary:
• Salary will be as per current CTC and experience (negotiable)
🕰️Working Hours:
• 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM
Working Days:
• 6 days a week
