About the Job
You will lead sales outreach, client acquisition, and growth marketing for Sajedar's AI sales agent and e-commerce solutions across Nepal.
Your objective is to identify clothing brands, online stores, retailers, and direct-to-consumer businesses that need AI sales automation, automated Messenger/Instagram DM closers, and e-commerce infrastructure, pitching our solutions and closing deals.
Compensation & Incentives
Base Pay:
Rs 18,000 / month guaranteed base salary.
Revenue Share:
10% commission on all revenue generated by the client during their first 6 months with Sajedar. As long as the client retains and pays, you earn recurring commission every month for half a year per client.
Grace Period:
2 weeks of onboarding grace period to learn the system, master objection handling, and build your initial outreach pipeline without immediate quota pressure.
Responsibilities
Identify and qualify high-potential clothing brands, Instagram/Facebook e-commerce stores, and retail businesses.
Run outbound calls, direct outreach, in-person meetings, and product demonstrations showing our conversational AI in action.
Guide prospects through pricing packages, handle objections, and successfully close contracts.
Maintain relationships with closed clients during their initial onboarding to ensure high satisfaction and lifetime retention.
Who We Are Looking For
We don't care about generic certificates or textbook definitions of marketing. We care about one thing: can you actually get on calls, talk to business owners, and close deals?
Hungry, articulate communicator with strong persuasion skills in Nepali and English.
Deep understanding of the local retail, online clothing brand, and social media commerce landscape in Nepal.
Bias for action, self-motivated pipeline generation, and resilience against rejections.

Work arrangement
No
