The Role
We're hiring a dedicated Job Application Specialist to manage the day-to-day job search process on behalf of our clients — primarily software engineers and other tech professionals. You'll take ownership of a portfolio of client profiles, submitting a high volume of carefully tailored applications every working day, using AI-assisted tools we provide to keep quality high at scale.
This is detail-driven, high-throughput work. It rewards someone who's fast, organized, and takes pride in getting every application right — not just submitted.
What You'll Do
Submit a minimum of 50 tailored job applications per working day across your assigned client profiles, focused mainly on software and technology roles.
Use the Claude AI account we provide to tailor each client's resume and cover letter to the specific job description — every application should read as genuinely targeted, not copy-pasted.
Track every application submitted (role, company, date, status) in the reporting format we provide.
Flag strong-fit roles, unusual postings, or client-specific issues that need a human judgment call.
Maintain strict accuracy and honesty in every application — no fabricated experience, credentials, or details.
Communicate daily progress and any blockers clearly and on schedule.
What We're Looking For
A reliable, modern laptop and stable, high-speed internet — non-negotiable, since downtime directly costs application volume.
Ability to work a full 8-hour day within US Eastern Time (EST) business hours, five days a week.
Strong written English and close attention to detail — you'll be representing clients' professional reputations.
Comfort with fast-paced, repetitive, high-volume work without letting quality slip.
Familiarity with software/tech job titles, resumes, and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a strong plus; comfort learning AI tools (like Claude) quickly is required.
Prior experience in recruiting, career coaching, virtual assistance, or job application support is a plus, but not required — we'll train the right person.
Self-motivated and trustworthy working independently with minimal supervision.
Compensation & Schedule
Pay: $10 per working day for each day the 50-application target is fully met — up to $50/week across a standard 5-day work week.
Schedule: Full-time, approximately 8 hours/day, aligned to US EST business hours.
Tools provided: A Claude AI account will be provided to support resume and cover letter tailoring at speed.
