Role Description The Human Resources Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in the Pune Division. This role involves managing day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding, documentation, attendance, and HR records maintenance. The Human Resources Executive will handle employee relations activities such as addressing queries, supporting performance management processes, and coordinating engagement and welfare initiatives.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in HR Management and Human Resources (HR), including exposure to core HR functions and people processes.
Candidates should possess skills in HR Operations, such as onboarding, documentation, HR administration, and compliance with HR procedures.
Candidates should possess skills in Employee Relations, including conflict resolution, employee engagement, and support for performance and feedback processes.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant HR certifications are an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across levels and work with diverse teams.
Ability to work with integrity, maintain confidentiality, and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
