Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Freelance UI/UX Designer role based in Gurgaon. The designer will be responsible for translating brand and product concepts into intuitive digital experiences across web and mobile touchpoints. Day-to-day tasks include creating wireframes, user flows, and visual mockups, collaborating with marketing and product teams to ensure brand consistency, and refining interaction patterns based on feedback and usability considerations. The role also involves preparing design assets for front-end implementation, maintaining design systems, and conducting basic user research or usability checks to improve the overall customer journey.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Visual Design and User Interface Design skills, with an eye for typography, color, layout, and brand consistency.
Candidates should possess User Experience (UX) skills, including user flows, wireframing, interaction design, and usability-focused decision making.
Candidates should possess Mockups and prototyping skills, using industry-standard tools to create high-fidelity screens and interactive prototypes.
Candidates should possess Front-End Development awareness or experience, enabling effective collaboration with developers and practical design handoffs.
Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar design software.
Ability to work on-site in Gurgaon, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage full-time freelance workload reliably.
Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX work for web or mobile products; experience in consumer or lifestyle brands is an advantage.
Relevant education or training in design, HCI, or a related field is preferred, but equivalent practical experience is also valued.
