Systems Coordinator

Role Description The Systems Coordinator at WPS, Engenharia e Construção, Lda will support the ongoing operation, monitoring, and optimization of the company’s information systems in a part-time, remote capacity. This role involves coordinating system updates and configurations, documenting processes, and ensuring that systems and tools are aligned with business requirements. Day-to-day tasks include responding to system-related queries, escalating complex issues to technical teams, maintaining user access and permissions, and assisting with routine system checks and data integrity reviews. The Systems Coordinator will collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, support training and onboarding on system usage, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for IT workflows and tools.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret system data, identify issues, and recommend improvements.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders, document procedures, and provide clear user guidance.
Candidates should possess System Administration skills to manage user accounts, roles, configurations, and routine maintenance tasks.
Candidates should possess Information Technology knowledge to understand system architectures, security best practices, and integration with other business tools.
Candidates should possess Technical Support capabilities to troubleshoot system problems, assist users remotely, and coordinate resolutions with IT teams.
Experience with construction or engineering industry software and workflows is beneficial.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting, manage part-time schedules, and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
Relevant education in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience is preferred.
