📍 Location: Hyderabad, Telangana🏢 Work Mode: Work from Office💼 Job Type: Full-time👥 Experience: 6 months to 2+ yearsJob OverviewWe are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accountant to join our team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting principles and hands-on knowledge of accounting software such as Tally and QuickBooks.Both freshers and experienced professionals are encouraged to apply. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, managing transactions, assisting with taxation, and supporting day-to-day accounting operations.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain accurate financial records and accounting entries.
Handle day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting activities.
Record sales, purchases, expenses, payments, and receipts.
Prepare invoices and manage accounts payable and receivable.
Perform bank reconciliations and financial reconciliations.
Assist in preparing financial statements and reports.
Maintain petty cash and expense records.
Support GST, TDS, and other tax-related documentation.
Assist during audits and ensure proper documentation.
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders when required.
Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
Required SkillsStrong knowledge of Tally ERP / Tally Prime.
Hands-on experience with QuickBooks.
Knowledge of basic accounting principles.
Understanding of GST and TDS.
Bookkeeping and financial record management.
Bank reconciliation.
Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
Invoice and billing management.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Knowledge of MS Office tools.
Attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Preferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field (B.Com/M.Com preferred).
Freshers with relevant accounting knowledge are welcome.
Candidates with prior experience in accounting or bookkeeping will be preferred.
Knowledge of additional accounting software will be an advantage.
