Requirements:
5+ years of experience as a Product Manager or Technical Product Owner in Agile SaaS teams.
Hands-on experience writing user stories, managing sprints, and organizing development in Jira or similar tools.
Familiarity with product analytics, metrics tracking, and continuous delivery practices.
Excellent communication skills; able to keep global teams aligned through written specs and async updates.
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and proactively solving blockers with engineers and stakeholders.
Willingness to flex work hours slightly to sync with both U. S. and Sri Lanka teams (as needed).
Willingness to embrace AI tools to streamline product workflows and improve team productivity.
Bonus: Experience working with AI insurance benefits tech and highly configurable enterprise software.
