Role Description The Executive – 3P Operations will oversee day-to-day third-party (3P) manufacturing and logistics operations to ensure timely production, quality, and delivery of Keya products. Responsibilities include coordinating with external manufacturing partners, monitoring inventory levels, tracking dispatches, and ensuring adherence to company standards and compliance requirements. The role involves analyzing operational performance, resolving issues, optimizing processes, and supporting cost-effective and efficient supply chain activities. The Executive will collaborate closely with internal teams such as procurement, quality, and sales to maintain smooth operations and meet business targets. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhiwandi.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Operations and Operations Management skills, with experience managing third-party manufacturing or logistics.
Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to track performance metrics, identify operational issues, and support data-driven decision-making.
Candidates should possess effective Communication and Interpersonal Skills to collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Relevant experience in FMCG, food manufacturing, or supply chain operations will be beneficial.
A bachelor’s degree in Food Technology or related
Proficiency in MS Excel and basic ERP or inventory management systems will be an advantage.
Ability to work on-site in Bhiwandi, manage multiple priorities, and maintain high attention to detail.
