Sales Representative - IT Industry

Role Objective:
Promote and sell the company's products and services by identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, achieving assigned sales targets, and delivering an excellent customer experience that supports the company's growth objectives.
Job Responsibilities: .
Promote and sell the company's products and services to prospective and existing customers.
Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and market research.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing professional consultation, product demonstrations, and ongoing support.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions that meet their business needs.
Prepare quotations, proposals, presentations, and sales agreements in accordance with company policies.
Conduct sales meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations for potential customers.
Achieve individual sales targets and KPIs established by the Sales Team Leader.
Maintain accurate customer records, sales activities, and sales opportunities within the CRM system.
Follow up on sales leads, quotations, and customer inquiries to maximize conversion opportunities.
Coordinate with the Customer Service, Finance, Product, and Technical Support teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback, and report business opportunities to the Sales Team Leader.
Prepare periodic sales reports, pipeline updates, and activity reports.
Participate in exhibitions, conferences, and marketing events to promote the company's products and services.
Ensure compliance with company policies, sales procedures, and ethical business practices.
Continuously enhance product knowledge and sales techniques through training and self-development.
Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the Sales Team Leader.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management.
Previous experience in the IT, Software, ERP, or SaaS industry is preferred.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Excellent customer relationship management skills.
Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate business solutions.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
Willingness to travel for customer meetings and business events when required.
Good command of English is preferred.
