Investment Banking Associate

OBJECTIVE:
To drive the origination and execution of a diverse suite of investment banking products across multiple industries. As a core member of the investment banking group, this role focuses on providing comprehensive strategic advisory, managing end-to-end deal execution (including M&A, capital markets, and private equity syndication), and delivering customized financial solutions to a broad spectrum of corporate and institutional clients.
EILIGIBILITY:
Education - MBA from a premier institute/CA
Experience - 4+ Years
RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS:
i) Providing transaction support with regard to analysis, valuation and documentation
ii) Managing Client relationships along with the Senior Banker, assisting in identification of business opportunities
iii) Ensure effective execution for deals of the sector and clients. Brainstorm innovative ideas, solutions and proposals within the teams.
iv) Responsible for handling all aspects of client liaison except those involving negotiations on pricing or structure of a merger.
v) Display Market Intelligence, keep up to date and abreast with trends, ability to showcase sector know-how and propose creative alternatives to clients.
vi) Manage team results and perform a wide range of tasks, including reviewing financial models, developing presentations and supporting due diligence and marketing efforts. Internally coordinates with teams to execute deals.
vii) Interact with other teams to ensure effective execution for deals of their clients.
