Fresher Data Analys (Entry / Junior Level)

Role Description This is a part-time remote role for a Fresher Data Analyst (Entry / Junior Level) at PG Group. The Data Analyst will assist in collecting, cleaning, and organizing data from various sources to support business reporting and analysis. Daily tasks include running basic analyses, preparing simple dashboards or spreadsheets, and supporting senior analysts with data modeling and documentation. The role also involves interpreting trends, preparing clear summaries or visualizations, and communicating findings to team members in an understandable way. The position is designed to help an early-career professional build foundational experience in data analytics in a structured, supportive setting.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and foundational Data Analytics capabilities.
Candidates should possess basic knowledge of Statistics and an understanding of Data Modeling concepts.
Candidates should possess clear and effective Communication skills for explaining data findings to non-technical stakeholders.
Basic proficiency in spreadsheets (e.g., Excel or Google Sheets) and familiarity with data visualization tools or BI platforms is beneficial.
Exposure to databases, SQL, or a programming language used in analytics (such as Python or R) is an advantage.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
A diploma, degree, or coursework in a relevant field (such as Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or Business) is preferred but not strictly required for strong demonstrable skills.
