Branch Manager

Role Description The Director role at Value Health Inc. is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Coimbatore Area. The Director will oversee strategic planning, execution, and delivery of digital transformation and healthcare technology initiatives across key business areas. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams, managing client relationships, and ensuring projects meet quality, compliance, and performance standards. The role involves developing and implementing operational processes, tracking financial and delivery metrics, and driving continuous improvement in patient services, market access, commercial solutions, drug development, and regulatory offerings. The Director will also mentor team members, collaborate closely with senior leadership, and contribute to business development and long-term growth strategies.
Qualifications
Demonstrated leadership experience in healthcare, life sciences, or digital transformation, including oversight of multi-disciplinary teams and complex projects.
Background in technology-driven solutions such as CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), modern web stacks (e.g., MERN), or cloud migration and integration initiatives.
Experience in regulatory and quality-focused environments, including exposure to regulatory intelligence, IDMP migration, or quality management projects.
Proven ability to drive operational excellence, manage budgets and timelines, and ensure high-quality delivery for client-facing, turnkey engagements.
Strong strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with the ability to influence decisions and build long-term partnerships.
Solid understanding of healthcare and life sciences domains such as patient services, market access, commercial operations, drug development, or regulatory services.
Relevant academic background in business, technology, life sciences, or a related field; an advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is an advantage.
Track record of fostering inclusive, high-performance cultures and mentoring emerging leaders in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
