Role Description The Senior Content Writer is a full-time, on-site role based in the Mohali district. This role is responsible for planning, writing, and editing long-form and short-form content, including articles, blogs, web pages, and marketing copy. The Senior Content Writer will develop content plans, align topics with organizational goals, and collaborate with editors, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure consistent messaging. Day-to-day tasks include conducting in-depth research, structuring clear narratives, refining tone and style, and maintaining high editorial standards. The person in this role will mentor junior writers, provide constructive feedback, and help streamline content workflows to meet deadlines.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Web Content Writing and Writing, with the ability to create clear, engaging, and audience-focused copy.
Experience in Content Strategy, including planning topics, organizing content calendars, and aligning content with brand objectives.
Proficiency in Research to support accurate, well-informed, and credible content development.
Advanced Proofreading and editing abilities to ensure grammatical accuracy, consistency, and adherence to style guidelines.
Several years of professional content writing or editorial experience, with a portfolio demonstrating high-quality work.
Ability to work on-site in the Mohali district and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong command of en_US language, attention to detail, and capacity to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
