WE’RE HIRING | BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE
📍 Kolkata | Full-Time
💰 ₹20,000/month + Incentives
We’re looking for a Business Development Executive to join our team and help us grow our client base, particularly across the F&B, hospitality and lifestyle sectors.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and reach out to potential clients
• Generate leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn and networking
• Pitch our social media, photography, videography and content production services
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Understand client requirements and coordinate with the internal team for proposals
• Schedule and attend client meetings
• Follow up with leads and convert prospects into paying clients
• Maintain a pipeline of prospects and regularly update lead status
• Achieve monthly lead generation and sales targets
We’re Looking For
• 1–3 years of experience in Business Development/Sales preferred
• Experience in F&B, hospitality, advertising, digital marketing or creative services is a strong advantage
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Confident in pitching and speaking with business owners/decision-makers
• Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills
• Target-oriented and self-motivated
• Comfortable with field meetings and client visits when required
💰 Compensation
₹20,000/month + attractive Incentives on successful conversions
📍 Location: Kolkata
