Role Description This is a flexible, remote Introducer Agent role designed to fit around other work, family, or personal commitments. Day-to-day, the Introducer Agent identifies potential customers who could benefit from better utility deals, introduces them to Full Power Utilities through approved channels, and helps them start the switching or quotation process. The role involves explaining the benefits of using an energy brokerage in clear, accessible language, answering basic questions, and directing customers to the appropriate online forms or support team. Introducer Agents maintain accurate records of referrals, follow up with interested customers, and uphold company standards on ethical selling and data protection. The position is results-focused, with the potential to grow earnings based on successful introductions and long-term customer relationships.
