Role Description This full-time Business Consultant role is based in Vadodara in a hybrid work arrangement, combining on-site collaboration with some work-from-home flexibility. The Business Consultant will analyze business processes, financial performance, and market trends to recommend improvements that support strategic and operational goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting research, preparing reports and presentations, facilitating meetings with stakeholders, and supporting implementation of consulting recommendations. The role involves working closely with management teams to optimize workflows, enhance service delivery, and identify new opportunities for growth. The Business Consultant will also help develop business plans, monitor key performance indicators, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
Strong analytical skills to interpret data, assess performance, and support evidence-based recommendations.
Experience in consulting or management consulting, with the ability to diagnose business issues and propose practical solutions.
Effective communication skills for presenting findings, preparing documentation, and engaging with stakeholders at multiple levels.
Knowledge of finance, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis in a business or healthcare context.
Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, healthcare management, or a related field; advanced degree or professional certification is an advantage.
Proficiency with spreadsheets, presentation tools, and business analytics software.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
Prior experience in healthcare, life sciences, or related industries is beneficial but not mandatory.
