Role Description The Medical Center Executive is a full-time remote role responsible for overseeing the operational and administrative functions of one or more medical centers. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating clinical and non-clinical activities, monitoring patient flow, and ensuring that staff, resources, and facilities are aligned with service expectations and regulatory requirements. The role involves developing and implementing operational policies, managing budgets, tracking performance metrics, and preparing regular reports for senior leadership. The Medical Center Executive will collaborate with medical professionals, support staff, vendors, and external partners to maintain quality standards, address operational issues, and support patient satisfaction initiatives. This position also includes leading process improvement efforts, supporting compliance audits, and contributing to strategic planning for service expansion and facility enhancements.
Qualifications
Strong healthcare operations and medical center administration skills, including experience with workflow management and patient services.
Proficiency in planning, budgeting, and financial oversight for healthcare facilities or service-oriented organizations.
Ability to develop and implement policies, procedures, and quality improvement initiatives within a regulated environment.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across remote and on-site teams.
Comfort with digital tools and systems used for scheduling, electronic records, reporting, and remote collaboration.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience using data and KPIs to drive decisions and improvements.
Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, public health, or a related field; an advanced degree or relevant certification (e.g., healthcare management) is an advantage.
Prior experience in a supervisory or management role in a clinic, hospital, or medical center setting is highly beneficial.
