HOTEL PARTNER

I'm looking for a HOTEL PARTNER to come join me to run Yoke Goa in Agonda.
After 4 years running pioneering sound healing experiences and trainings in the area, growing from 2 to 14 rooms alongside our 3 shalas, cafe and spa offerings, I am looking to pass the operational running of the site's 14 rooms (and potentially cafe) over to a partner, so that I can concentrate fully on the training and retreats aspects of the business.
The ideal person will come from a hospitality and business background with proven track record in running rooms, cafes and/or retreats. I'm looking for someone ready to step into running their own hotel property, or take on another one - but who perhaps feels they would benefit from setting up within an existing brand framework rather than launching from scratch.
Ultimately this has scope to become a franchise arrangement, although what I am really seeking is someone to come on board and invest to a level (potentially over a couple of seasons) that they can become a company shareholder.
I am not looking for a staffer or manager here, but a BUSINESS PARTNER who is willing to contribute with respect to the substantial investment already made in building the brand and business over the past four years.
I am looking for someone to divide the business with me in all respects, from leading on staffing to managing customer flow, from supporting business finance decisions to creating ideas for the future.

Liaison with owner, supervisory team and site staff
Ultimate responsibility for customer feedback and satisfaction
Qualifications
Business Management qualification/experience
Hospitality Management experience
Fluent written and spoken English
Outcomes
A revenue share in 14 rooms with a seasonal value of 1 crore over 6 months, plus potential share in beachside cafe in one of the regions busiest and most lucrative villages.
Long term investment potential
Sharehold potential in foreign owned business established in India for 4 years and in United Kingdom for over a decade.
