Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor role based in Pune City. The Video Editor will assemble raw footage, organize project files, and create polished videos for marketing campaigns, social media, branded content, and client projects. Daily responsibilities include trimming clips, adding transitions, syncing audio, applying color correction and grading, and incorporating motion graphics and titles. The role also involves collaborating closely with directors, producers, and designers to understand project objectives, maintain brand consistency, and meet deadlines. The Video Editor will be expected to manage multiple projects, maintain organized workflows, and ensure all deliverables meet technical and creative standards.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing, with experience handling footage from pre-production to final export.
Proficiency in Video Color Grading, with the ability to enhance visual tone, style, and consistency across projects.
Ability to create and integrate Motion Graphics and Graphics to support storytelling and brand identity.
Experience with industry-standard editing and post-production tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects).
Good sense of pacing, composition, sound design, and visual storytelling for different formats and platforms.
Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment.
Relevant education or training in film, media, communications, or a related field is preferred; a portfolio or showreel demonstrating prior work is required.
