Intern - Brand Executive (Procurement)

Role Description The Intern – Brand Executive (Procurement) will support the brand and procurement teams in identifying, onboarding, and managing food and beverage partners for Daalchini’s smart vending machines. This internship role is on-site and based in Noida, requiring regular coordination with suppliers, vendors, and internal stakeholders. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with vendor sourcing, collecting product and pricing information, helping negotiate terms under guidance, and maintaining accurate records of contracts and inventory. The intern will contribute to brand-related activities such as ensuring product visibility, monitoring performance of partner brands across machines, and supporting promotional campaigns. The role also involves basic data analysis, preparation of reports, and collaboration with operations and marketing teams to ensure a consistent, high-quality product mix.

What we're looking for:
0-1 years of experience in Procurement / Supply Chain
Strong Excel + analytical skills
Excellent vendor management & execution ability
FMCG / Retail / E-commerce background is a plus
