Role Description The Sales Director role at United Printing Company is a full-time remote position responsible for leading and expanding the company’s sales function. The Sales Director will oversee day-to-day sales operations, including managing and coaching the sales team, setting targets, monitoring performance, and ensuring consistent pipeline growth. This role involves developing and implementing sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and strengthening relationships with key clients and partners. The Sales Director will collaborate with marketing and operations to align sales initiatives with company objectives, optimize customer service standards, and improve overall revenue performance. Regular reporting, forecasting, and data-driven decision-making will be critical components of this position.
Qualifications
Demonstrated expertise in Sales and Business Development, with a track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
Strong experience in the BTL, Events & Booths, POSM, Activations, Branding, or Printing industry
Experience in Sales Operations, including pipeline management, forecasting, and process optimization.
Strong Customer Service orientation, with the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
Proven Team Management skills, including mentoring, performance management, and fostering a collaborative team culture.
Proven experience as a Sales Director, Head of Sales, or Senior Sales Manager
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work effectively in a remote environment, managing distributed teams and virtual client engagements.
Relevant experience in printing, marketing, or advertising industries is highly beneficial.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree or equivalent professional experience is a plus.
Proficiency with CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
Must currently be based in Saudi Arabia (KSA)
Strong existing network and knowledge of the Saudi market
