Role Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to contribute to our marketing initiatives. The candidate will have strong experience in planning and executing marketing campaigns, events, brand activations, and promotional activities, with a solid understanding of customer engagement and on-ground marketing. The ideal candidate is creative, organized, and commercially minded, with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders, manage marketing calendars and budgets, and translate business objectives into impactful marketing initiatives. What will you do?
• Plan and coordinate events, brand activations, product launches, and promotional activities from concept to execution.
• Develop and execute creative on-ground activations that increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Build and manage the annual and monthly marketing calendar, ensuring all activities are planned and delivered on time.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns across digital, social media, print, in-store, and other relevant channels.
• Coordinate with creative teams and suppliers to develop event concepts, branding, promotional materials, and other marketing assets.
• Support B2B marketing activities, events, partnerships, and customer engagement initiatives. B2B marketing experience is a strong advantage.
• Coordinate social media activities related to events, activations, and marketing campaigns.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify new marketing and activation opportunities.
• Coordinate with suppliers and support the management of event and marketing budgets.
• Track and evaluate the performance of events, activations, and campaigns using relevant KPIs, providing insights and recommendations for future initiatives.
What you will need?
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication & Media, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience (2-3 years) in marketing
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Creative, detail-oriented, and able to think strategically.
