Role Description The Civil Works Supervisor role at Designe Square is a full-time, on-site position based in outskirts of Hyderabad. The supervisor will oversee day-to-day site activities, monitor work progress, and ensure adherence to project plans and specifications. Responsibilities include coordinating with contractors and workers, enforcing safety and quality standards, and resolving on-site issues promptly. The role involves checking workmanship and materials, maintaining site records, and reporting status updates to project management. The supervisor will also support planning of daily tasks, manage resources, and ensure that deadlines and quality requirements are consistently met.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills and experience in Site Supervision for civil works projects.
Candidates should be comfortable working On Site and managing day-to-day field operations at construction locations.
Candidates should demonstrate solid Quality Control abilities, including inspection of work and materials against standards.
Candidates should have effective Communication skills for coordinating with project teams, contractors, and stakeholders.
Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline is preferred.
2 to 5 years of relevant experience in civil construction or infrastructure projects is required.
Knowledge of safety regulations, basic project documentation, and construction methodologies will be beneficial.
Ability to read drawings, use basic site measurement tools, and work collaboratively with diverse teams is desired.
