Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Assistant role based in Sujangarh. The Assistant will support daily office operations, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, maintaining records, and handling correspondence. The role involves assisting with documentation, data entry, and basic administrative tasks to ensure smooth workflow between teams. The Assistant may help with communication between internal departments, vendors, and clients, and support logistics such as filing, organizing materials, and preparing reports. The position requires attention to detail, reliable follow-through, and the ability to work closely with supervisors and colleagues in a structured manufacturing environment.
Qualifications
Strong organizational and administrative skills, including scheduling, record keeping, and document management.
Proficiency with office software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, email) and basic data entry.
Effective written and verbal communication skills for internal and external interactions.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines with attention to detail.
