Role Description This is a part-time remote role for a Lead Generation Specialist. The role involves identifying and qualifying new leads through online research, social media, and other digital channels. The specialist will maintain accurate records of prospects, update lead databases, and prepare summaries for the sales team. Day-to-day tasks include conducting market research, initiating contact with potential customers via email or messaging platforms, and scheduling follow-up interactions. The role also includes collaborating with sales and marketing team members to refine lead criteria and improve outreach strategies.
Qualifications
Ability to identify and qualify New Leads and perform effective Lead Generation activities.
Strong Market Research skills to analyze industries, target audiences, and competitor landscapes.
Clear and professional Communication skills for engaging prospects and collaborating with team members.
Understanding of basic Sales concepts, including prospect nurturing and pipeline support.
Comfort working with spreadsheets, CRM or lead tracking tools, and online research platforms.
Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage part-time remote work independently.
Prior experience in lead generation, sales support, or telemarketing is beneficial but not required.
Reliable internet connection and proficiency in written English.
