Role Summary:
The Sales Agent will bridge marketing insights with effective sales strategies. By understanding customer preferences and travel behavior, you will craft compelling offers, drive conversions, and achieve key sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage professionally with potential clients to identify their specific travel preferences and needs.
Manage client inquiries throughout the entire sales funnel—from initial contact to final booking closure.
Convert marketing-generated leads into active bookings by leveraging target audience insights.
Present travel packages and itineraries highlighting ME's unique competitive edges.
Analyze customer pain points and preferences to deliver tailored travel solutions.
Provide constructive feedback to the marketing team regarding lead quality and campaign performance based on direct client interactions.
Consistently meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Tourism, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales (preferably in the travel/tourism industry) with a solid background in Marketing.
Strong understanding of core marketing principles and consumer behavior.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
Very good command of the English language.
Target-driven mindset with the ability to perform well under pressure.
