Role Description The Mechanical Engineering Specialist will work on-site in Hyderabad in a full-time capacity, supporting the design, installation, and maintenance of mechanical systems for ongoing projects. Daily responsibilities include preparing and reviewing mechanical designs and CAD drawings, coordinating with project teams and site engineers, and ensuring that mechanical work complies with technical specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. The role involves conducting technical analysis, supporting equipment selection, and troubleshooting mechanical issues during construction and commissioning. The specialist will collaborate with project management to track progress, address risks, and provide clear communication to stakeholders and vendors.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Mechanical Engineering knowledge and practical experience with mechanical systems in construction or infrastructure projects.
Candidates should possess proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools for creating, modifying, and reviewing mechanical drawings and layouts.
Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills for problem-solving, performance evaluation, and technical decision-making.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for coordinating with cross-functional teams, contractors, and suppliers.
Candidates should possess Project Management capabilities to plan tasks, monitor timelines, and support resource and risk management.
Relevant bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related discipline; advanced certifications in mechanical design or CAD are an advantage.
Experience with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality control processes in mechanical works is beneficial.
Ability to work on-site, adapt to dynamic project requirements, and maintain attention to detail under time constraints.
