Role Description This is an on-site internship role based in New Delhi for a Legal Intern at Boadlia Associates, Advocates and Solicitors. The Legal Intern will assist with legal research on statutes, case law, and regulatory materials, and prepare concise research notes and case summaries. Daily tasks include supporting the drafting and review of contracts, petitions, opinions, and other legal documents under supervision. The intern will help organize case files, maintain documentation, and prepare materials for client meetings and court proceedings. The role may also involve observing client conferences and hearings, taking detailed notes, and contributing to internal discussions on ongoing matters.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Law, with the ability to understand and apply legal principles to practical scenarios.
Ability to identify, analyze, and interpret Legal Issues across different practice areas.
Skills in Legal Consulting, including assisting in developing legal opinions and recommendations under guidance.
Experience or aptitude in Legal Document Preparation, including drafting, reviewing, and formatting legal documents.
Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with team members and preparing clear documentation.
Currently enrolled in or recently completed a law degree program (LL.B or equivalent).
Strong research, analytical, and organizational abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work diligently in an on-site, fast-paced environment and maintain confidentiality and professional ethics.
