**📢 Hiring: Collection and Recovery Agent**
**Location:** Sector 2 Noida
**Job Type:** Full-Time
**Working Hours:** 9:30 AM – 6:30PM
**Salary:** Rs 15000 - Rs 25000 + Incentive*(depending on experience)*
### Job Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to customers regarding pending loan/EMI payments.
- Follow up with customers for timely payment and recovery.
- Explain outstanding amounts, due dates, and payment procedures.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
- Handle customer queries professionally and resolve basic payment-related concerns.
- Achieve assigned daily/weekly/monthly collection targets.
- Coordinate with the field collection team whenever required.
### Requirements:
- Good communication skills in Hindi; basic English is an advantage.
- Confident and persuasive communication style.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Freshers can apply; experience in telecalling, collection, or recovery will be preferred.
- Ability to work with targets and handle customer conversations professionally.
