AI Video Creator

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for an AI Video Creator who combines strong visual and design sensibility with hands-on expertise in AI image and video generation, and can take an idea, creative brief, script or storyboard through to a polished piece of content.
Visual Storytelling + AI Generation + Video Production + Advertising Craft
This is a hands-on creator role.
• Experience in graphic design, advertising, digital content, filmmaking or visual communication.
• Strong visual taste across composition, typography, colour, art direction and camera language.
• Hands-on with AI image, video and audio tools such as Higgsfield, Runway, Kling, Veo, Seedance, Nano Banana, ElevenLabs or similar.
• Comfortable with image-to-video, text-to-video and reference-driven workflows.
• Strong visual prompting and visualisation skills.
• Good understanding of sound, music, pacing, VFX and compositing.
• Comfortable working with Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro or equivalent tools.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Turn creative briefs, scripts, storyboards and references into finished video assets.
• Help build and refine the AI production workflows that turn creative ideas into high-quality advertising at speed and scale.
• Generate and iterate across different AI video models to get the right shot, motion and visual treatment.
• Create keyframes, product scenes, environments and visual references using generative AI.
• Maintain consistency across characters, products and visual styles.
• Decide the smartest way to make each shot: generate, animate, composite, edit, shoot or combine techniques.
• Own the final execution, including pacing, editing, motion graphics, supers, sound, music, voice, cleanup, compositing and delivery.
• Work closely with creative and strategy teams, take feedback well, and improve the work quickly.
• Stay current with new models and workflows, but choose tools based on the creative problem - not the other way around
IDEAL CANDIDATE
• 3+ years of experience in graphic design, advertising, digital content or visual communication.
• Strong design sensibility with hands-on AI image and video generation skills. Good video editing fundamentals and attention to detail.
• Produce genuinely different creative expressions from a single proposition.
• Build repeatable production approaches for social ads, UGC, demos, testimonials and product films.
