Role Description The Jewelry Sales Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, India. The Associate is responsible for welcoming customers, understanding their needs, and guiding them through the selection of jewelry items, ensuring a positive and personalized experience. Daily tasks include presenting and explaining product features, handling sales transactions, maintaining product displays, and keeping the store clean and organized. The role also involves managing customer inquiries, resolving concerns, and supporting after-sales service to drive customer satisfaction and repeat business. The Jewelry Sales Associate works closely with the store team to meet sales targets, follow store policies, and uphold brand standards.
Qualifications
Strong Communication skills to interact clearly, professionally, and confidently with customers and team members.
Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Experience skills to understand client needs, provide attentive support, and ensure a positive buying journey.
Retail Sales skills to effectively present products, close sales, handle billing, and support store revenue goals.
Basic numeracy and cashiering skills, with accuracy in handling payments, invoices, and receipts.
Ability to learn product details (materials, gemstones, designs) and explain them in a simple, trustworthy manner.
Professional appearance, reliability, and the ability to stand for extended periods in a retail environment.
Prior experience in jewelry, luxury retail, or similar customer-facing roles is an advantage.
Fluency in English and local languages, and the ability to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
