Role Description The Field Verifier role is a full-time, on-site position based in Vadodara. The Field Verifier is responsible for visiting assigned locations to verify customer information, documents, and premises as per client requirements. Daily tasks include conducting interviews with customers or relevant contacts, cross-checking submitted documents, capturing photographs or other evidence, and completing verification reports in a clear and accurate manner. The role also involves coordinating with supervisors and back-office teams, following standard operating procedures, and meeting timelines for each case. The Field Verifier is expected to maintain professional behavior in the field, safeguard confidential information, and ensure that all verifications adhere to company and client guidelines.
Qualifications
Ability to conduct field visits, interact with customers and stakeholders professionally, and gather information accurately.
Strong observation, data collection, and basic investigative skills to verify documents, addresses, and customer details.
Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with mobile apps or digital tools used for data entry, reporting, and uploading evidence.
Good written and verbal communication skills in English and local language to document findings and communicate with team members.
Strong time management, reliability, and attention to detail to complete assigned verifications within deadlines.
Minimum educational qualification of a high school diploma; a graduate degree is an advantage.
Prior experience in field verification, collections, survey work, or customer visits is preferred but not mandatory.
Willingness to travel within Vadodara and surrounding areas and to work primarily in the field environment.
