Role Description The staff will oversee the snooker Service at The Bull Head is responsible for supporting daily food preparation, serving guests, and maintaining cleanliness in all service areas. This full-time, on-site role in Kolkata includes tasks such as preparing ingredients, assisting with cooking and plating, managing food counters, and ensuring orders are delivered accurately and promptly. The Food Service Worker will greet guests, respond to questions about menu items, and provide courteous customer service throughout their visit. Additional responsibilities include following food safety and hygiene guidelines, restocking supplies, handling basic cash or POS transactions as needed, and working closely with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure efficient operations.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Food Preparation and basic Food & Beverage handling.
Candidates should possess skills in Food Service and providing consistent Customer Service.
Candidates should possess knowledge of Food Safety practices and hygiene standards.
Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team setting.
Prior experience in restaurants, cafes, or food counters is preferred but not mandatory.
Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
