Role Description This is a part-time remote Recruiter role responsible for managing end-to-end hiring processes for technical and non-technical positions. On a day-to-day basis, the Recruiter will source candidates through various channels, screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. The role includes drafting job descriptions, maintaining accurate candidate records in recruitment systems, and providing timely communication and feedback to applicants. The Recruiter will collaborate closely with leadership to understand staffing needs, support employer branding efforts, and help optimize recruitment processes to ensure a positive candidate experience.
Qualifications
Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or human resources, preferably in engineering or technical fields
Ability to source candidates using online job boards, professional networks, and social media platforms
Strong skills in candidate screening, interviewing, and assessing qualifications against role requirements
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple requisitions
Comfort working independently in a remote environment and collaborating virtually with team members
Basic understanding of electromechanical engineering roles is an advantage
Relevant education in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field is preferred
