Remote Project Manage

Role Description This is a part-time remote role for a Project Manager. The Project Manager will coordinate and oversee assigned projects, including defining scope, building timelines, and aligning resources to meet project objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing project plans, tracking milestones, facilitating virtual meetings, and maintaining clear communication with internal teams and external stakeholders. The role involves monitoring risks, resolving issues, and providing regular status updates to ensure projects are delivered on time and within expectations. The Project Manager will also support continuous improvement efforts by documenting lessons learned and recommending process enhancements.
Qualifications
Demonstrated project management skills, including planning, organizing, and prioritizing multiple initiatives.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities for coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders remotely.
Proficiency with project management tools and software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, or similar platforms).
Analytical and problem-solving skills for identifying risks, resolving issues, and improving processes.
Experience in manufacturing, engineering, or precision machining environments is highly beneficial.
Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with strong time management and self-motivation.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Familiarity with quality standards and basic understanding of production workflows is a plus.
