We’re Hiring | Senior Solution Architect / Enterprise Architect – Java & AI

We are looking for an accomplished Senior Solution Architect / Enterprise Architect with deep expertise in Java enterprise architecture and AI/Generative AI solutions.
The ideal candidate will bring strong architectural leadership across Java/J2EE, microservices, event-driven systems, cloud-native architecture, and enterprise integration, along with hands-on experience designing and integrating GenAI solutions into enterprise applications.
🔍 Key Responsibilities
Define and drive Enterprise/Solution Architecture strategy aligned with business objectives
Architect scalable, resilient, and secure Java-based enterprise applications
Lead architecture for large-scale digital transformation, modernization, and migration programs
Design microservices, distributed systems, event-driven architecture, and API-led integrations
Drive adoption of AI, Generative AI, LLMs, ML, and intelligent automation
Architect solutions using RAG, AI Agents, Agentic Workflows, Vector Databases, NLP, and LLMs
Integrate AI capabilities with enterprise applications, APIs, data platforms, and business processes
Establish architecture governance, standards, security, and best practices
Engage with senior business and technology stakeholders to define technology and AI roadmaps
Mentor engineering and architecture teams on emerging technologies and AI adoption
✅ Mandatory Skills
✔️ 15+ years of overall IT experience with strong Enterprise/Solution Architecture expertise
✔️ Java/J2EE, Spring Boot & Spring Cloud
✔️ Microservices & Event-Driven Architecture
✔️ Kafka / RabbitMQ / JMS and API Integration
✔️ Distributed systems and enterprise integration patterns
✔️ Hands-on AI / Generative AI solution architecture experience
✔️ LLMs, RAG, AI Agents/Agentic AI & Vector Databases
✔️ Azure OpenAI / OpenAI / AWS Bedrock or equivalent AI platforms
✔️ Azure / AWS / GCP and cloud-native architecture
✔️ Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD & DevOps
✔️ Strong architecture governance and executive stakeholder management
⭐ Preferred Experience
Experience in Banking, Payments, Financial Services, FinTech, Digital Transformation, and large-scale modernization programs will be highly preferred.
🎓 Certifications such as TOGAF, Azure/AWS/GCP Solution Architect or AI/GenAI certifications would be an added advantage.
