Role Description The Preschool Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for overseeing daily preschool operations, including classroom schedules, staff coordination, and resource management. The Preschool Coordinator supports teachers in implementing Montessori-based learning activities, ensures child safety and wellbeing, and maintains a positive, nurturing environment. Key tasks include communicating with families, handling admissions-related queries, organizing events and parent meetings, and maintaining records and documentation. The Preschool Coordinator also monitors compliance with school policies, supports staff training, and collaborates with school leadership on curriculum and quality improvements.
Qualifications
Experience in early childhood education or preschool administration, preferably with exposure to Montessori methods.
Strong organizational and coordination skills to manage multiple classrooms, schedules, and activities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with children, families, and staff.
Ability to maintain accurate records, handle basic administrative tasks, and use common office software tools.
Demonstrated commitment to child safety, wellbeing, and inclusive practices in an educational setting.
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field; Montessori training or certification is an advantage.
Ability to work on-site full time in Bengaluru and collaborate within a team-oriented school environment.
